Autumn Update

8th September 2019

Autumn is here. The summer  period at the Boston Foodbank has been busy, and we thank our volunteers and donors for their support.  The Foodbank, in partnership with the Parish of Boston, issued lunch boxes to children over the summer period during which time school meals were not available for children.  Currently we are witnessing a significant increase in demand for food parcels, and as a result we are running low on stock for several items.  Although we expect our stock to be boosted through upcoming Harvest Festival collections held in schools and churches, we post the following list for stock, and ask for your support. We have plenty cans of beans.

Tinned Fish, Tinned Vegetables, Tinned Meat, Long Life Milk, Long Life Juices, Tinned Rice Puddings

Items may be delivered to St. Botolph’s Church (The Stump), or placed in collection boxes in local supermarkets, and churches.
